Hangeulic will be renamed in the near future. It originated on the concept of how Hangeul glyphs are drawn, but the end result is not really anything like Hangeul glyphs. Moreover, I have another font design in my notepad which looks much more like Hangeul (although also a bit like Katakana), so this one certainly should not be named as such.
There are also multiple modifications required for this font, such as the brush tip angle (which causes problems in letters with ~45° lines like K, M, Y, X, Z.
This font would also be ideal for experimenting with variable width font design, as I've never played with that but it is becoming a widespread feature in modern typefaces and typographic needs.
Anchors for diacritics are difficult to manage in FontForge. Considering this and all the points above, I am preparing to rebuild this font entirely in FontLab.

Diacritics
Single diacritics are made but haven't been anchored correctly yet.
Kerning of diacritiqued glyphs is inconsistent with bare glyphs.
Stacked diacritics have not yet been configured.
Some applications do not render diacritics correctly if they extend too far above the upper line-height boundary. I may need to refactor the glyph scale to accommodate stacked glyphs.
Diacritics (single layer) — Vowels and consonants
Here you can see all the diacritics that are required in NewEng. These serve many other languages too. There are a few missing, such as the tilde of Spanish ñ, which is also used on vowels in some scripts such as Vietnamese.
Vowels
These are all the vowels of NewEng. Yes, there are 11: a æ e i o œ u ȣ w ꝏ y
Consonants
The diacritiqued consonants of NewEng are as such:

d̈

Diacritics (two layers) — Vowels
NewEng also allows most diacritiqued vowels to carry a stress mark. In typeface production, diacritic positioning is not automatic. Here you can see the current state of the diacritics — I have a lot to do. This typeface is a personal project, so it had to be put on pause while I do commissions for other clients.
Vowels
These are all the vowels of NewEng. Yes, there are 11: a æ e i o œ u ȣ w ꝏ y
Vietnamese diacritics — Vowels and Đđ
The 12 Vietnamese vowels are: a â ă e ê i o ô ơ u ư y
All (?) Vietnamese vowels can take any of 6 tones, marked by 5 diacritics: a á à ả ã ạ
This 12×6 produces 72 vowel glyphs, in each case.
Vietnamese also has one modified consonant, "double d": Đ đ
As with all the other diacritics in the previous sections, all Vietnamese diacritics need some dedicated time to adjust their positions and alignments.
Numerals
None yet.
Sample words
For now, I'll show samples of the Chunky version, because that font has a complete glyph set.
re-scale the letters so that the diacritics fit inside the line height
more diacritics, especially for the most common languages
combined diacritics, especially for scripts like Vietnamese
Fixes
perhaps rename the font because it's not much like Hangeul at all really. (Actually I have a new handdrawn one that looks like a swooshy blend of Korean Hangeul and Japanese Kana.)
diacritics need major adjustment. Since starting this font a year ago, I've learnt how to handle diacritics better using FontForge, so this shouldn't be too stressful to handle.
Variants
ideas for typeface variations -- stylistic exploration
experiment with different nib shapes & angles, because this current one is a bit overbearing.
ideas for font variations -- weighting methods, serifs, italicization, etc
could the Regular weight have some varying thicknesses along one axis or some angles?
